General Purpose of the Position

The IS Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the IT Manager in the daily management of the Information Systems and Technology Department. Provide software, hardware and network support, train and troubleshoot in a networked microcomputer environment. Provide support on a wide range of applications including Microsoft, 4D and Vantine proprietary products. Perform a variety of maintenance, software installation, end-user support and training tasks to ensure end-user workstations, network and server performance meet company and user requirements.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Act as software support to the entire company, providing technical assistance to employees, managers, and administrative staff. Respond to user requests for service.
  • Install and maintain new and existing servers, configure hardware, peripherals, service, settings, directories and storage in accordance with IT Standards and the company’s operational requirements.
  • Work in conjunction with 3rd party systems and application programming development consultants.
  • With the IT Manager, develop and implement the company’s data security systems that provide detection, prevention and containment mechanisms to protect the integrity of data files, network and facilities connecting the company to the internet and other side sources.
  • Assist in the development, implementation & management of an E-Retention program.
  • Assist the IT Manager with managing the IT systems to ensure the integrity of the information and accuracy of the reporting systems.
  • Conduct testing and documenting of new systems software, new application software and new hardware technology, to ensure success prior to company installation and use.
  • Administer end-user workstations and support end-user activities in an Apple and Microsoft Windows-based user environment.
  • Investigate user problems; determine possible solutions; test; and implement solutions.
  • Install, configure, test and maintain personal computers, Apple workstations, file servers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices and systems; add or upgrade and configure disk drives, printers and related equipment.
  • Assemble, install, configure and test computer equipment or units of local area networks requiring use of standard interface protocols.
  • Perform software and application installation and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot networks, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties in conjunction with the IT Manager & other appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct training and instruction for system users on operating systems and other applications; assist users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems.
  • Assist IT Manager in the consultation and installation of new computer equipment; responsible for routine installation or modification projects; assist other personnel in repairing, installing and testing complex pieces of equipment or local area networks.
  • Confer with manufacturer’s representatives and staff in initial research for equipment changes, updates & to address other IT-related needs.
  • Develop and maintain software and hardware inventory and tracking systems; develop inventory lists and orders, stock, and store electronic components.
  • Prepare and submit vendor warranty claims, parts, and documentation associated with warranty repairs (with authorization from vendors).
  • Travel, as needed, to support Traveling Professional Staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network.
  • Assist personnel of other departments as an IT resource.
  • Provide computer orientation to new and existing company staff.
  • Keep manager promptly & fully informed of all problems or issues & take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action which may be taken.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, managers & vendors.
  • Actively demonstrates a professional image and model the behaviors desired in all employees.

  • Ensuring printers, network and or local printers are re-assigned to correct users
  • Verifying operation capabilities; access to the internet/intranet and e-mail


Education & Experience


  • A minimum of associate’s degree required.
  • 2-3 years’ experience with Windows & Mac desktop operating systems, IOS, Microsoft Office, Windows & Apple Applications.
  • 1-2 years help desk experience, including networking a plus.
  • Experience with TCP/IP, preferred.
  • Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP).
  • Configuration and infrastructure experience.
  • Knowledge of VoIP implementation and support.
  • Knowledge of configuring of VPN and Firewalls.
  • Exchange and/or SQL experience.

General Purpose of the Position
The Marketing Manager is responsible for generating revenue and increasing market share by:

  1. conceptualizing, developing and implementing market strategy that supports the Company’s business objectives and strategic direction, and
  2. achieving marketing goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Developing an annual marketing plan that supports the Company’s key business initiatives and strategic direction, a marketing budget, as well as marketing policies, programs and systems that support the marketing plan;
  • New product development, new market development, & increased market penetration;
  • Branding, advertising, promotions, social media & web presence;
  • Market research & planning;
  • Coordinating with Sales;
  • Recruiting, developing & managing marketing staff.

The Marketing Manager works directly with Executive Management and as a member of a management team.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of Marketing with progressively increasing levels of responsibility. The ideal candidate will be able to show a demonstrated success in meeting corporate goals through marketing initiatives. We Need a Substitute Photographer & Sales Representative

  • Department: Sales & Marketing

General Purpose of the Position
This position will be on call to perform duties as either a photographer or a sales representative on an as needed basis. This position could also be called in to support the photography/sales department for other functions. When acting as a photographer, the firefighter is responsible for fulfilling the job requirements of the photography position. Likewise, when acting as a sales representative, the firefighter is responsible for fulfilling the job requirements of a sales representative. This position will be paid a salary plus incentive pay when called out to work in either one of the above listed capacities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain an “on call” status, defined as being available to be called to work on an as needed basis by the National Sales Manager.
  • When acting as a Photographer, this position is responsible for the following:
    1. Take 4 to 5 photographs of each individual member of the contracted organization.
    2. Responsible for the custody and care of all photography equipment.
    3. Successfully store and transfer digital images to the sales representative, for poses to be selected and portrait & other products to be sold.
    4. Support sales and service efforts in collaboration with Product Sales Representatives and company goals.
  • When acting as a Sales Representative, this position is responsible for the following:
    1. Sell portrait packages and other company products to individual members of the contracted customer organization and collect appropriate deposits.
    2. Assist customers in choosing their desired pictures to appear on their composite.
    3. Sign continuing, extended, renewed, or new composite contracts with current customer base and new customers.
    4. Prepare invoice and work order for composite customer and collect appropriate deposits.
  • Respond quickly and completely to customer service issues.

Education & Experience
  • Associates degree in photography, arts, or business-related field or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous photography and sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in a college fraternity or sorority is desirable.
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations is required.
  • Must be able to travel up to 35 weeks each academic year.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Reliable automobile required.
