Our Account Coordinator Team provides support to our photography customers as well as to our photography teams. The Account Coordinator interacts daily with fraternity & sorority members regarding their photography shoot and the production of the group’s official composite. The Account Coordinator also provides daily support to the Photographers & Sales Representatives in the field. This includes:
• Work with the fraternities & sororities regarding all details of scheduled photography shoots to ensure success.
• Field questions from customers regarding composite production and related activities.
• Work with groups to collect funds due for completed composite.
• Provide quotes for corrections and remakes.
• Interface with appropriate personnel regarding contract questions.
• Work with other departments, as needed, to ensure quality customer service.
• Respond to customer evaluations.
• Provide administrative support to the Photographers & Sales Representatives.
SKILLS AND ABILITLIES REQUIRED:
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills & communication skills – written, verbal, phone & email.
• Must be able to maintain professional interaction with a wide range of customers, internal and external.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proficient at learning new software systems.
• Strong ability to prioritize & multi-task.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree a plus.
• 2-year previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations in an Apple environment, preferred.
