"He was amazing! He made sure all of us were ready, made sure we looked good, and was super conversational which definitely relaxed the guys amongst the rush of getting everyone photographed. Nothing but good from this one. He actually remembered a bunch of our brothers which was super cool, kept a consistent conversation going which made the environment fun, and went above and beyond to A) make sure we all were doing ok and B) we were informed of all of our photo buying options both as a chapter as a whole and an individual. I won't be here next year, but I'd really like him to be our rep next year, made the process painless."
