ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Support Representative monitors incoming customer communications and responds as appropriate. In addition, the CSR handles Accounts Receivables for our composite customers, supports the Account Representative team, monitors campus websites for policies impacting vendors, completes special projects as assigned and handles academic calendars.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multi-task and prioritize, have solid critical thinking skills for effective problem solving, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Previous customer service experience a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Associate’s degree in business or related field desirable. Knowledge of basic computer operations in an Apple environment.
