In an effort to provide excellent customer service, we are asking you to be partners with us in the production of your Greek composite.

What this means to you?

At critical stages of the Vantine composite production process, we will be sending your organization information via email to review, approve and/or modify if necessary.

Vantine Imaging is committed to the idea that our process will ultimately produce a higher quality fraternity composite or sorority composite and increase your satisfaction.

What can you expect?

We have included a sample timeline above which all university composites follow in the production process. Our standard production cycle is approximately 45 business days from the time that all required information and monies have been received at our studio located in Hamilton, N.Y.

How to avoid errors and delays?

Provide us with current and complete contact information for key members, such as the Authorized Composite Officer and advisors. We need:

  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers: school, home, cell
  • Mailing addresses

Provide us with accurate and complete information, such as:

  • Name list/roster
  • Officer titles and arrangement
  • Shipping address and instructions


Verify all the order specifications to make sure all special instructions are noted
