We believe that our scheduling process allows us to meet these expectations. Here's how we accomplish that:
- We research, on an annual basis, your Greek Community's calendar, and make every attempt to coordinate our schedules around your fraternity or sorority’s important events.
- We schedule the entire campus within the same time frame to allow maximum makeup portrait photography opportunities for members who have conflicts with their individual group's session.
- We contact your organization four months in advance with the tentative date and time of your portrait photography session. This allows you ample opportunity to check your organization's calendar and notify us of any conflicts.
- Our scheduling coordinators are in continuous contact with your organization right up until the day of photography to ensure a smooth session.
- Each portrait photography session is scheduled with two Vantine representatives. Our experienced portrait photographer ensures that your members are happy with their pictures, and our photo composite representative assists you with all of the details of the photo composite layout and design process.
